Norilsk Nickel says Evraz owners buy 1% in it in 2022

MOSCOW, Apr 25 (PRIME) -- Tasey Holding owned by Evraz shareholders Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov bought 0.99% in metals producer Norilsk Nickel at the end of 2022, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The 1.513 million share stake was valued at 23.148 billion rubles at the end of last year, while the report reflects a loss of 8.578 billion rubles as a result of a fall in the price of Norilsk’s shares. It also notes that the stake is used as collateral.

The current market price of the stake amounts to about 24 billion rubles based on the share price on the Moscow Exchange.
